The first half of the session is dedicated to reviewing your 3 day food/mood/energy diary that you will fill out prior to our session. We look at your sleep, energy levels, hydration, food and mood! At this point we can identify opportunities to optimize your energy and overall health through the implementation of the G&G anti-inflammatory template. Then the fun begins! We go through a process to start aligning your vision with action steps to meet you where you are and lead you to your big picture goals sustainably. You’ll walk away from this initial session with the drive to start making positive changes to your mindset as well as your nutrition and lifestyle.
02 Get Your Anti-Inflammatory Game Plan
A Customized Plan To Fit Your Life!
You’ll receive a customized workbook within 24-48 hours so you can begin putting action behind your goals! The materials will help you start shifting over to an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. You can expect portion sizing and balanced plate templates, inflammatory foods to remove from your kitchen (with amazing, energy building food swaps), gut healing foods, and delicious, simple anti-inflammatory recipes that will help you to say HECK nope to any bland, “diet” foods!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...
Every situation is different. If you are feeling awful physically, we will look at which foods you want to replace with high quality anti-inflammatory foods so you can get the most bang for your "buck". Changing too much, too quickly can cause a backlash a few weeks down the road. We are looking for sustainability here!
Nope! We have a template that will help you start cutting out inflammatory foods and replacing them with nourishing, high-quality foods that will give you more energy, mental clarity and help improve your body composition. We will supply you with a 3 day eating template and plenty of anti-inflammatory recipes to help you thrive over or 21 days together and beyond!
Again, ney! We are going to explore what type of intentional movement you can get started with that will be gentle and bring down inflammation in your body, rather than cause more of it. The idea is prioritizing yourself and using movement as a mindful activity that helps you relieve stress. We have a library of QUICK mobility workouts that will get you moving and relieve tension in your body.
Every situation is unique. But I can promise many non-scale victories if you put in the time to implement the plan we will create together. Some of these look like: increased energy, a sense of pride, more confidence, dreamy sleep, improved immunity, the list goes on! I will say that, oftentimes, a health first approach makes weight loss a biproduct of the work.
You and I will work together closely during our initial consultation. We will go through your food, mood, and energy journal to tailor your plan specifically to your needs. After that, you will have a direct line to me via messaging and email. At the end of the 21 days, we will meet again to go over your progress, challenges and more. I pride myself on serving, so best believe you and I will be staying in close contact!
You will have yourself a phased, sustainable plan to get through beyond the 21 days! This is not a quick drop 21 lbs in 21 days where you starve yourself and then gain all your weight back immediately and feel awful after the fact. This program will teach you about nutrition, movement, recovery and most of all, about YOURSELF so you can make this a lifestyle. If you would like to continue to work together after, I have different ways we can do that!
